Payments & Charges
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Security Deposit is the first step required to book your date, and secures the venue for you. It is not applied toward the balance of your rental. Within 30 days after the event, this Deposit will be refunded to you, provided no deductions are deemed necessary. If you cancel your booking within 90 days of the event date, the deposit will NOT be refunded. (Payment Method: cash, money order, cashier check, credit card)
ROOM CHARGES
The room charge is assessed per person and includes: venue space (hall), 60” round guest tables, 8’ long tables for buffet, etc, standard white linen table cloths, and padded chairs. Special pricing considerations may be given for meetings and other events. Feel free to inquire. An in-house staff member is on site for all events to assist you.

Schedules
- Standard event rentals: five (5) hours
- Standard set-up / decorating time (not part of rental time above): two (2) hours
- Additional time (for decorating or an event): $100.00 per hour.
The end-time of each event cannot be extended after the times listed below. For example, any event on Friday or Saturday may not go beyond 1:00am.
Rental availability is as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00am to 12:00am
- Friday – Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00am
- Sunday: 2:00pm to 12:00am
Caterers & Food Options
We are proud to partner with the following caterers, who offer their services for your special event:
You may elect to “bring your own” food or utilize a caterer not listed above. In this situation, you have two options: 1) deliver and serve food directly from “truck to table”, or 2) pay $150.00 fee at signing of contract for use of kitchen as staging area only (use oven to warm food, use of cooler, and counter space) before bringing food to table. In either case, there is absolutely no food preparation, cooking, or washing in the kitchen whatsoever, and you are responsible for any and all utensils, service-ware, etc.

Beverage Services
We offer in-house beverage service at a rate of $2.00 per guest. This includes: unlimited soft-drinks (coca cola, diet coke, sprite, ginger ale, pink lemonade, water), ice, plastic cups, and beverage napkins. A charge for one staff bartender for every 100 guests (or portion thereof) is required and will be employed. Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, liquor) are allowed, and will be provided by the host / client, then served by the staff bartender.
Additional Enhancement & Services
We are pleased to offer upgrades to your rental at additional charge, which can include chair-covers, golden charger plates, glassware, coat-check services, and more.
Additionally, a list can be provided with a diverse selection of PREFERRED VENDORS (lighting, flowers, linens, photography, etc) to help make your event even more memorable. Any arrangements are between you and the vendor.
